Last updated: July 29, 2026

This policy describes how Geomyze collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and application.

1. Overview

Geomyze ("we", "us", "our") helps brands measure their visibility in AI search. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and application, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Geomyze, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your email address and, if provided, your organisation name, created when you sign up and authenticate.
  • Report inputs: the brand names, competitors, sector or product, location, and language you enter to generate a visibility report.
  • Generated content: the reports, prompts, and results produced for your account.
  • Usage and device data: analytics about how you interact with our site, collected via Google Analytics 4 (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and secure the Geomyze service and your account.
  • Generate your visibility reports, which involves sending your report inputs to the Google Gemini API for analysis.
  • Understand and improve how the product is used through aggregated analytics.
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as keeping you signed in) and for analytics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which helps us understand site usage. For details on the specific cookies we use and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.

5. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to run Geomyze. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and hosting of your account and report data.
  • Google (Gemini API) — AI analysis used to generate your reports from the inputs you provide.
  • Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, after which we will remove it except where we are required to retain certain information by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page and we will respond in line with applicable law.

8. International data transfers

Our providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
